Shawn and Nick arrived on very short notice after another company was a no show. They unpacked everything and put things where I wanted and got the job done within 2 hours. Both guys were terrific. I would definately call on this company again and recommend them highly.

These guys were amazing. They showed up on very short notice and stepped in for another company who simply never showed up. They worked very quickly and loaded all our stuff which was actually more than the truck could take. They were curteous and it was fun to work with them. I definitely recommend them and will use them again.

They were very nice and worked fast, but they were 3 hours late and dropped some things.

Movers were incrediablly slow. They took a long time trying to take off bottoms of the couch and love seat. This was not an issue to me and I told them and they still proceeded. I know I paid for 3 hours, however, it took them 3 hours to load alone. This was very frustrating to me. In addition, I had family members taking loads over in 3 SUV's and they were able to make 3 trips in that same time frame. Brandon was very rude and not personable at all. The other gentlemen was fine. At the new place, I had my family members help unload to get things moving along. In addition, my daughter's headboard was damaged and needs to be repaired - sanded and repainted. Brandon did inform me of my time cut off a couple of times and he said $95 and I said, $60 each hour. I showed him the email and my understanding and he finally showed some customer service skills. Finally, when finished, he asked how did they do and what I thought? I told them I was VERY disappointed in their moving knowledge, slow moving process and overall non comfortable interaction. Then, he proceeds to say: if I would like to give them a tip, that would be appreciated. I was shocked and said, not after the review I just gave you. I also let Robert Wimer know this interaction in our final call on Saturday, as well. I will not refer or use this service again.
