The Move N on up Military movers that I had helping with my move recently were great! They called with an ETA and stuck with it. They were respectful and treated my belongings with respect. They worked efficiently and were accommodating. It was a breath of fresh air as the movers I dealt with on the other end were three hours late and gave me trouble with every little thing as they did not communicate effectively with each other. I give Move N On Up Military movers 5 stars!

The crew did a decent job but they dropped a load of boxes and damaged a few important items. They broke a bowl, and dropped a box of electronics which resulted in a few items not working correctly. They worked hard but it doesn't make a difference if they ruin our valuables in the process.

Very dissappointing perfomance. I had a gentleman walk off the job because he was hurt prior to my job and the boss wouldn't let him go and help himself. I will not use this company ever again. Moving is stressful enough not to have this happen.

This was a shake down. I believe the workers were told NOT to complete the job in original time so they could collect additional money. They parked their private vehicle in front of my rental truck so I could not leave until I paid them. With the equipment that they brought (hand trucks, carts, and the facility has an elevator) - they should have been able to complete well under the 2 hours. I came down at least twice and found them just sitting by the truck and doing nothing. The workers I hired to load the truck had none of the equipment these guys had and they managed to move all of my stuff by hand, down stairs, AND pack the truck - all in under 2 hours. Movenonup is terrible and I will NEVER use them again and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone that I know.

This was the second time we hired this company to load a 26foot Uhaul truck. The first time was OK. The second time there was damage to our furniture (antique furniture) due to poor packing and not wrapping the pieces in moving blankets. There was a lot of empty space in the truck yet they did not get everything we needed moved in the truck. We need to rent another truck and will not hire this company again.

This is very unfortunate, regardless of our advice we packed the truck as asked. I hate to hear that items were damaged, yet when our recommendations are ignored we should not be held at fault.

The reservation process was amazingly easy. I was contacted in moments after I made a reservation for a same day, two hour notice time frame. Kyle called a short while later and asked for specific details of the move. He and his partner were excellent. They arrived on time, were professional and efficient. Rob and Ryan did an excellent job, when it’s time to move again they will be my first call. Not only did they show up on time but they worked hard the whole time they were there. I also depended on their knowledge of packing a storage unit to get all my items in the space provided.
