I was ready with a Rat pack pod to store my things, and a u-haul to take donated things to various charities. The 2 Move Crew showed up smiling and ready to go to work. Thank goodness they came with a screw gun to break down a few pieces of furniture that I never would have been able to get out the door. They padded and plastic-wrapped a few things to protect them. They were done on time. When I looked in both the pod and the u-haul I saw how experienced they are everything was arranged both compactly and soft items in between to brace other items. Thanks, guys.

These are hard working, experienced, and friendly workers. They gave us a heads up when we were getting to the end of our original expected number of hours of help needed. I was grateful for their availability and willingness to keep on working until all the heavy items were on the truck and we agreed that the remainder would require a trailer which we could handle on our own.

They worked hard the whole time they were here! And were very helpful with helping to wrap large peices of heavy furniture. They were all very friendly, kind and professional. And made sure they had everything loaded by asking lots of questions, I so appreciated that. I’ve never used a moving company or movers before. Its been a good experience so far. One of the young men helped me with figuring out the lock and I was so Thankful . They get an A+!!!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
The customer can expect for an initial call/email notifying them we did in fact receive their request and give them either the time they are wanting or the times we have available on such day.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
They can expect us to give them a 1hr-30 minute courtesy call before we arrive and for clean professional movers to handle items better than they would their own.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Have as much as you can packed and ready to go also if you dissemble beds etc. it will speed the process up tremendously. if you are unable don't worry we got the tools to handle it.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled local, long distance moves, commercial and even on site as well.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
One of my most favorite parts is helping people. We also love the unique challenges each move brings we love to hear customers say you guy's make that look easy.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide constant training you can never stop learning,we have them learn how to properly wrap and pack belongings as well as loading the trucks and unloading items to prevent damages.
