Austin, John and Brandon were great They knew exactly what to do and how When my PODS were loaded in FL they didn’t have tools They loaded in such a manner that many items were damaged and it took them 3 hours. Austin and this crew had all the tools and carefully unloaded 2 PODS in 2 hrs. Super job polite and courteous. It restored my faith in movers. You can’t go wrong with Makin Moves

Norman and John were fantastic. Norman made sure everything we needed was taken care and even spoke to my elderly mom to welcome her to her new home. Very kind and caring. His helper, John, made sure to take care of the little things, like putting our mom's bed together.

The two men who came to help were a tremendous help. They were both patient and fast. They moved all of the furniture in in record time-carefully and safely. Whatever they took apart they put back together and had good ideas on how to move big furniture into complicated areas. We were impressed! Thank you!

Overall they did a good job. One of the movers was late. They did not use the height of the pod to its advantage. I imagine we will have fallen items when we open Pod.
