Vincent sent two helpers last week to encase the beds, put blankets on furniture, and shrink wrap items for safety. They got every room organized so I could begin box packing. Then, today Vincent sent two helpers to move everything from my third floor condo into the 16 foot POD. They packed so well, we had room to spare. It was incredible. They worked fast and efficiently. They took no breaks. They did a great job. Plus, Vincent is always available by phone or text. He answers immediately. Very rarely does that happen with a company these days. I highly recommend Vincent and his crews if you need help packing and moving. They did an exceptional job for me.

Makin Moves unloaded 3 PODS on 2 different dates for me. The owner called to verify my needs the day before the move, the crews arrived on time, were polite and courteous, efficient, and professional. Being able to rely on Makin Moves helped alleviate some of the stress of moving. I do highly recommend them.

The workers themselves were a 5 star and I would use them again. The process to start was delayed the first day until the following morning, which by all means is acceptable given the car "Broke down on the way" (called 45mim ahead of start time). The next morning I then received an update that they were once again delayed and would not arrive until 2 hours after the agreed time (called 30min prior to start). When they finally did arrive they got to work and we knocked everything out with 30min to spare.
TLDR: Workers were great, company not as good.

Guys arrived on time and completed the task within the 3 hours that I had scheduled. They even followed me to a local consignment shop and unloaded a sleeper sofa and love seat. The only issue I had is that some of the furniture was not totally secured and shifted in transit causing some chips and scratches on some of the pieces. Rates were competitive and crew was very friendly. Would recommend and use again.
