FANTASTIC crew arrived and unloaded my 2 PODS. They were fast, efficient, and friendly. Great communication (text and phone). I would happily recommend them to friends and family, and I only recommend people that I would hire again. To be honest, sometimes I think I'm stronger than I am. I 'helped' unload the PODS too and when I got to boxes that were too heavy, Vincent was there to help take the box and said, "Ma'am, let us take care of this. Just let us know where to put the items." I honestly give those 5 stars in the review because they earned it. Thanks so much, guys!

When they were there, they seemed great.
Kept telling me to take it easy that was what I had hired them for.
I had supplied plenty of blankets and pillows for wrapping and protecting my furniture.
1. only 3 pieces of furniture was wrapped. My desk has 2 scratches on it that are new, and my master bedroom footboard has a large scrape and gouge in the wood. My leather sectional corner piece was placed upside on another piece of furniture and then additional things packed on top. leaving a mark and discoloration on the leather.
None of my rooms were packed together so when unpacking I was not able to put beds together because all the pieces weren't packed together. This is very frustrating.

We had an issue getting the second pod we had ordered delivered.
They proceeded to fill the one we had and said they were prepared to stay until the second one arrived.
Both Anthony and Norman did their job well which took a lot of pressure off us as we had to vacate the house that day.
Highly recommend both of them and Vincent also as he keep in touch.
