They were careful but quick. Patient too as I wasn’t able to label anything when I put my stuff in the pod. So they needed me to decide where everything went. Three bedroom house completed in 2 hours!!

Helping Hands was the best!! We are so happy we hired them. The best money spent on the move. Worth every penny. They were great in the phone and so personable. They helped with scheduling since we didn’t know exact time of our pod delivery. Enrique and Mike who were our helpers were fabulous! They were fast, careful, precise, helpful, strong, friendly, courteous and just amazing!! Can’t recommend them enough!

Rating was for the fact that they were not on time. The men loading truck were great. They did a great job packing truck for 1600 mile move and everything arrived in great condition. The 3 rating was due to after scheduling 10am start received call from owner stating “guys” had small job “before” mine and could not arrive until 12-12:15pm. I did agree (not having much of a choice at 9:30pm the night before) figuring they’d be done before 5pm giving time to complete my part before to late. Well they didn’t arrive until 1:45pm and job was not complete until after 6:30pm. My original 10am start was for a reason as we were closing on sale of our home at 10am and leaving at that time so I did not want to be finishing up and cleaning until 10pm. So though the men who actually do the work were great, the owners squeezing in a “small” job before delaying what I had scheduled the week before was wrong. If you can’t honor the time you agree to then done take the job. Calling late the night before knowing full well you have customer over a barrel at that point is wrong and deceptive in my opinion. So unfortunately for the men doing the actual work due to owners deception I would not recommend using them.
