Helping Hand Movers were fabulous in every regard - thorough and timely communication; prompt arrival; careful and efficient unpacking, set up and distribution of my goods; and valuable expertise on moving large and heavy items up stairs and through other tight spaces. The two men worked constantly until all of my possessions were safely out of the POD unit and placed exactly where I directed, and then volunteered to help get all of the packing materials bagged and ready for trash pickup. They were polite, congenial, can do people. I recommend them without reservation.

I would definitely recommend them for any moving jobs. Great experience from beginning to end. I immediately received a call for confirmation from the office, communication was excellent on everyone's part. Guys arrived right on time as stated. The movers were great but the administration was difficult. There was no confirmation from the office staff that the movers were on the way, and I was put in a very difficult situation at the end of the move where the manager had me on the phone asking me if the movers came late when there was simply difficulty in finding my exact apartment building (understandable, as it was a confusing apt complex). The customer service from a management/administrative standpoint was awful. On the other hand, the movers were courteous and cared about the work they were doing.
