Patrick contacted me right away after I placed the order for my move, and he was very professional and knowledgeable, and gave me a sense of confidence that Helping Hands could do the job well.
The two young men who moved my belongings from the truck to my place were on time, personable,worked really hard, and didn't mar or break a thing. They asked questions when they weren't sure where I wanted something, were very agreeable and figured out how to squeeze things into tight spaces a time or two. Seriously the absolute BEST movers I have ever contracted!!!!! Patrick and Eric were so fast and kind they never stopped moving it was loaded in half the time and Patrick doesn't charge for unused time so I received a refund for the 2hours I didn't need because they were so fast! I'm using them again when we unload the trucks next week. I highly recommend Patrick and his crew I gave them such short notice and Patrick accommodated me he even came out himself because of my short notice! So wonderful!!! They were on time so professional just perfect!

The two movers showed up on time and ready to work. Once we showed them where furniture was going, they got right to work. If there was any question about location or assembling of pieces, they didn't hesitate to ask. They were very careful to avoid walls and railings. Given the very narrow steps and hallway, we knew there would be some contact which is why we wanted to hire someone to move the furniture. After they finished, they took us through the hall and pointed out any small nicks that occurred which impressed me. They could have just left and had us find the areas on our own which would have upset me. There was nothing that could not easily be fixed. It was so much less than if we would have done it ourselves. They worked quickly and efficiently. They were very polite. We would definitely use them again and would recommend their services.
