Excellent help! Called ahead to see if they could come early, and since I was ready for them I said yes. The crew was so polite and hard working! They knew I wanted to stay within two hours, and they got the job done! They even helped me assemble my bed frame. I would definitely use them again.

So I was going to give them 4 to 5 starts until I unloaded my truck today. We had a couple of issues day off but they were being picky. When we unloaded our bookcase was broken (because of how it was packed). and we had a couple other things that were broken that if packed better wouldn't have been.
“Moving Customer provide appropriate protection of one furniture blanket per piece of furniture”
We had furniture blankets and offered to sell you one (only $5), but you declined.
We used our own straps to help, but things are going to shift and move during the drive, especially since they were being towed in a trailer behind the truck.
We apologize for any damage we caused, however, you should take part of the blame for not protecting your furniture as suggested.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We will call and thank you for choosing us for your move and answer any questions you may have. We will follow up with you the day before and give you a call when we are on the way to you on moving day.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will arrive on time within delivery window delivery and listen to any instructions you may have.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Label any boxes or furniture that need extra care. If unloading, label which boxes go in which room and post notes for rooms (ex. Bedroom #1, Den, Dining, etc.)
What types of moves have you handled?
We have done all types.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Meeting and helping customers moving day go as easy as possible. I truly care about your home and belongings.

I personally train and make sure they give the best customer service.
