The team did a wonderful job. My family had a last minute( within a weeks notice) of a change of apartment unit from 1st to 3rd floor: unload and their team did a magnificent job of accommodating us.
I would recommend them to anyone. Staff was Respectful, hard working, and gentle with our belongings. This is was the 2nd time they have taken care of us in a move.

Moving heavy boxes is a hard job. Upgraded equipmentcwoyldvhave made it easier for them. Rather than floor dollies. Perhaps heavy duty upright dollies would have helped move less boxes at a time but loading easier. I live on a 2nd floor apt with an elevator. When all was out of apt one young man said now they’ll pack and organize the truck. They had boxes in the hallway on both 2nd and 1st floor rather than by the truck. Opened opportunity for thriving. Will know if a box was taken once my items arrive.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We will call and thank you for choosing us for your move and answer any questions you may have. We will follow up with you the day before and give you a call when we are on the way to you on moving day.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will arrive on time within delivery window delivery and listen to any instructions you may have.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Label any boxes or furniture that need extra care. If unloading, label which boxes go in which room and post notes for rooms (ex. Bedroom #1, Den, Dining, etc.)
