The guys that were sent out were very nice, but I do fell like they were a bit inexperienced. Nearing the end of their time left, I felt it was rushed and things were getting packed up rather quickly without taking time to evaluate the situation. There were certain things that were packed up that should have been left out or put to the side such as a bag of food supplies and backpack that had computers inside.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We intend to contact within a hour of booking. In this call, we iron out all details beyond what’s listed in reservation notes as well as confirm our understanding of notes provided. Our goal is to be 100% on the same page as our customer.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
If you haven’t gotten contact the day before, you will get communication first thing in the morning with the lead for your job as well as their contact info. You can expect a crew that is on time lead by a supervisor that is thorough and personable in communicating all details needed to make for a successful, smooth move.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
It's important to handle as many possible task as possible before the actual day. Whether that's getting everything already packed in boxes or picking up the truck the evening before or signing agreement and getting keys for storage unit or new complex in advance. Things such as this take away a large amount the stress that comes with moving day. Things happen and they cause delays or adjustments. As many adjustments that can be made before the day, the better the experience will be for you and your family.
What types of moves have you handled?
We've done everything from local moves to long distance to furniture delivery to junk removal. As well as office moves, full packing service, and much more.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We really enjoying reducing the stress that is moving by creating an experience that is unmatched.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We have an in-depth training manual we provide all new hires when they start. We use this as a foundation to point to as we translate the information onto the job sites until those work methods can be exemplified without attention.
