I wanted to leave a great review because the movers were efficient. They hustled and got my belongings moved quickly and safely. However, they packed my truck in 2 hours and I paid for 4. At the end the movers told me I would be refunded the 2 hours I didnt use. I did not plan on this but because they said this I tipped heavily ($100 per mover). Afterwards, my invoice showed I was charged for 4 hours. I contacted the company and was told this was because they had already blocked my time off. This would have been fine if the moves didn’t say I would get a refund. I would not have tipped so much if I had known i was still being charged for 2 unused hours. They worked hard but were dishonest.

These guys unloaded the shipping container in an hour. Very friendly and helpful with highly recommend.

I hired 2 helpers to load my moving trailer. They showed up on time, smelt like pott but I didn't really care. The bad review is because they dropped my wife's China cabinet on its face on concrete, and dropped a leather Lazy Boy recliner on the concrete. Waiting to see fully how much damage. They did get the whole trailer loaded in alittle under 4 hours.
