The guys (Kevin and sorry forgot the other guy’s name) were amazing at maximizing the space in my Pods. They’re definitely experienced and know what they’re doing! I highly recommend them.

Remove mirrors from wall and did not put them backup used metal dolly on wood stairs and scratched stairs did not help set up furniture before leaving . One of them kept trying to carry heavy objects by himself and kept hitting everything showed up at 4:30pm and left at 5:36 one of them asked for a tip but didn’t even help set the couch up I was told they would help with that when I booked. I will never use this service again. NO pride in there work.

Only one mover was there on time at 8am. The 2nd guy showed up at 9:30am. The 3rd guy showed up at 10am. Then the last guy showed up at 11am.
They all left at 12pm therefore I did not get the full 3hr service because the guys arrived late.
I had more furniture than expected and asked them to load the rest since they were all late. The Owner said they had 6 other jobs and couldn’t finish. I told him that they were all late and I was owed time for service.
I had to finish the move myself. Wasn’t pleased with the customer service or way the owner handled the situation.
I have cancelled them for my next move and hired someone else.

They did a great job. Thankful for the help. The youngest guy was exceptionally helpful! I didn’t catch his name unfortunately but very pleased with all he did to make our unpacking of our pod & careful placement our boxes/furniture! Thank you!!!!

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
By just making sure they can be organized to make the move much smoothly. Providing furniture protection blankets shrink wrap and straps
What types of moves have you handled?
We provide local and long distance moves as well as packing an unpacking. We also provide piano moving, furniture moving/pickups and heavy lifting.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
