These gentlemen were so friendly, polite, and willing to help. They were open to instruction and moved every box and piece of furniture in without any damage or issue. I would recommend this company and this crew to anyone, and I would be happy to utilize them again!

I was told to get ample coverings for furniture. I got 3 dozen. Less than a dozen was used. Lots of furniture had nicks and scratches due to the fact that they did not use the covers.

I highly recommend KW Movers!! Chesney and Isaiah were punctual, very professional, worked hard, and were careful with my items. Chesney was great with communicating with me prior to the scheduled date and it was a relief knowing I was in dependable hands. Definitely hire them!

KW movers were absolutely great! They called to confirm the reservation, and helped me add an unload service to the reservation as well. They called again to confirm and set a time in the hour window that the reservation had for the arrival time. They also called the morning of to say they were on their way. Communication was appreciated! I reserved 4 hours, they were quick and efficient and done in 2! Handled our belongings careful, nothing was broken or damaged and double checked what was being moved/ where things should go during the unload.

On your big day we strive to make our customers service as seamless as possible. Customers can expect high quality and elite services no matter the type of move requested. You can expect a phone call from your Crew Leader prior to the start of your service. Also, the crew servicing your move will arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled start time.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should have the majority of their belongings packed and ready to go. Also, you should have a good idea of everything being moved or rearranged and where it needs to go.
