Buyer beware! Buyer beware! This is literally the worst moving service on the planet! Half of my furniture is damaged. The other half was just thrown into the truck like it was worth nothing. Additionally, they brought a mover that Wasn’t even able to work and then tried to charge me for additional time! Stay away from this company!

I hired 3 guys to load a U-Haul. They showed up on time and had great attitudes. They were professional, they took good care of our stuff except for a few accidents. The job started strong, but as the hours ticked on, and heavy stuff loaded, the packing of the truck began to slow and they didn’t care about saving space. By the end of the 3 hours there were several important items not loaded and the back of the truck looked like a jammed mess. I called a couple friends and in 3 more hours we were able to take out and move some items, then proceeded to load the rest of our house onto the truck. They did not utilize space well and gave up. They had 2 more jobs same day so they didn’t have time to fix it. I would not hire them again, just to see if another company would pack the truck better.

TaylorMadeMoving made the entire move seamless! 3 men showed up and knocked out the entire move in one hour. I would highly highly recommend them and will be using them again for any future moves I have. They were careful with my furniture, and once I showed them the new apartment to move things to they took care of everything. I was super grateful to have such amazing help and made a stressful event much more relaxing. I was able to clean behind them as they moved things out. If you’re considering using them I would suggest doing so!

The TaylorMade crew was excellent! First, they easily accommodated us pushing back our start time a few minutes as all of our truck rental plans fell through. We pivoted to a storage space and a couple of friends SUV’s and this was no problem for the TaylorMade team. They knew exactly what we needed when I explained it and what resources they had available and they quickly got to it. 2 trips later and we’re done in less than 2 hours. The crew was smart, efficient and professional. I would happily hire the TaylorMade team again and use the HireAHelper service.
