The movers were friendly, on time and helpful...BUT they did a terrible job packing the truck. There were so many items that were damaged when the truck was unpacked. Floor lamps were unsecured and tossed on top of everything-2 out of 3 floor lamps had to be discarded, wood furniture was placed on top of a couch without protection so the coach got a wear hole in it. Old and valued chairs arrived with broken legs due to how they were packed. These are just a few of the problems we found when unpacking the truck!

Arrived an hour before the appointment, but was careful in handling items and loaded my truck quickly.

Awesome! I showed up 30min late and thought I would get hit for extra time, but not only did they finish in two hours...they were done in 40min! No issues, no problems, no complaints... Couldn't have asked for better.

Very friendly, and moved quickly. They offered to wait for the truck that was bringing my things so I wouldn't have to stand out in the cold. They took care of it all start to finish while I waited in my warm apartment. Great!

Rommel and his helper were FANTASTIC! They were polite, very fast and handled my furniture and items with care. I didn't know what time my moving truck would arrive, but Rommel was kind enough to let me text him the morning of the move to tell him what time to show up. They moved everything (about a small 1BR worth of furniture) into the truck well under the two hours I booked. I absolutely recommend using 3 Brothers Moving and would definitely use them again.
