The workers did not make it to my home until almost 9pm!! When they saw some of the furniture, one of them instantly said it was too heavy. He was also complaining about how they have been all over working and this was their last job. As they proceeded to move one of the pieces from my bedroom set, they constantly went back and forth complaining and debating how to move the piece. They scarred and scratched the wall moving the piece and there were marks and on my hardwood staircase from them using a dolly. My husband tried to explain the best way to move my dresser to avoid damaging it and the leading mover went back and forth complaining it was too heavy and how he should move it. The end result was that my dresser was damaged to the point where I can’t use it anymore. The were able to move some other items into my home. It was a last minute booking to hire movers to assist but it was the worst decision we made!!!!!?????? I’m not sure about the owner of this company but for me, one of the individuals on this crew would not be employed by me!!!! One of them complained the entire time!!! I’m giving two stars because they were able to move some things.
