Selecting one star is being overzealous.
Your crew arrived and immediately informed me I did not get the right size pod. And that was before they saw the furniture/containers requiring packing. I told them I rented the largest pod (not sure why it was their business to sass me).
After loading the boxes in the garage, which took 15 minutes, they came in looking exhausted and saying as much.
I once again pointed out the items requiring loading. They started in the MBR and it took forever. I got a call at the 90 minute mark asking if I needed more time. I replied yes - two hours.
Then the guys had trouble removing a baseboard from the kingsize bed. I told them twice and my friend who was helping told them at least twice to stop and focus on other items as they were running out of time. I set a timer at 60 minutes. In 60 minutes they loaded the dining room table top and still attempted to waste time trying to get the bed frame apart (just two pieces). When the three hours expired, of the items required to be loaded, the love seat, three recliners, the headboard, and 8 dining room chairs still remained. I called off the extension of 2 hours and watched them wait 30 minutes (your clock not mine) while they awaiting approval to leave the job.
A handyman came to the house later to fix a few things. My friend shared the DEBACLE and he offered to finish it up for us - to include detaching the baseboard frame to the king bed. He did so in 5 minutes and with the help of his daughter he reloaded the pod (everything was thrown in haphazardly) and loaded up the remaining furniture (using packing blankets and shrink wrap). All this was done in about 1 hour. And done professionally.
I have served in the military for 32 years, before that spent 20 years traveling with my family and am quite good at prepping, packing, determining time, etc. Your two packers dawdle to get more time. In my opinion, the $362+ I spent on your services might as well have been flushed right down the toilet. It was a complete waste of time, aggravating, demeaning (at least the way one of them talked) and caused more problems than necessary.
Were they on time? - not sure. Doubtful.
Were they prepared - NO
Did the work hard? Absolutely NOT
Were they respectful.....?NO
Would I use them again? NO.
Frankly, I should have my money reimbursed for the shoddy performance of work.

Did the work diligently and in a timely manner.

Helpers went to 2 incorrect facilities before getting to the given address and location.They were 45 - 50 minutes late to the job. we started the move without by The time they started helping the 3 of them worked a total of 40 min.
They were polite and followed direction given
I’m over paying$$$ for these companies that appear to hire helpers with little or no knowledge about moving.I also have issues with them being tardy and always having excuses.
When I pointed out they worked a Total of 40 min and I was charged $296 for 2 hrs of helper time.They all gave me a blank stare.I don’t tip inadequate performance and I sent them on their way.
I complained to Corporate. they listened to my complaints and followed up with a post interview with the helpers I was issued a $14 refund~ seriously ??
I would never recommend this company for helping you with a move.I find them to be incompetent

I would recommend these guys to anyone. My appointment was at noon, and they showed up early and got to work right away. They finished my entirely furnished two bedroom apartment in just two hours and have never seen anyone pack a POD like them. They were so careful with all of my furniture. This is a family owned business and you can tell they take a lot of pride in their work. I would absolutely hire again.

The guys from Hall's Mini Warehouses arrived a bit later than initially expected. However, the supervisor called and let me know the circumstances; my sole concern was how hot the day was getting. They arrived prepared to work, wearing proper safety gear, and started immediately.
The two young men worked hard. We actually asked them to take a couple breaks and drink water, as they were hauling heavy boxes of books up stairs in the heat, and both were soaked with sweat. They finished the job is less than the time allotted, and departed.
I would definitely use this service again.

They arrived within a half hour of the scheduled time. They did not anticipate a 5 hour job. One worker was not a hard worker. He had to be reminded to help his partner with heavy items and appeared to want to stretch the job to the full 5 hours. I packed all the items so I didn't see them mishandling any items. I would use them again but I would be more directive in their loading process.

Both men were very efficient & wrapped everything well. Any questions I asked were answered nicely & with professionalism. Men were a little late in arriving, but called to let me know why & where they would arrive. It was only about 45 minutes later than what I had scheduled.
They were prepared for the job with lots of tape! They also
told me how many more blankets I needed to purchase for the second day of loading & walked me through the house to show me which items needed to be wrapped.
Hard workers & I would definitely use them again! I have already recommended them to a friend.

I was very pleased with the 2 helper that came to help me pack. On time and then had to cancel until later that afternoon, but still was on time and got the job done in one half hour. I could of not been able to do it without them and I thank them very much. I would hire them again when I need to pack or unpack the pod.
