This was a horrible experience.. the movers were a couple and they were having a domestic dispute.. the husband was yelling at the wife and was very rude to us from the time they arrived.. they took almost 40 minutes to come back upstairs after they greeted us to see what tools they needed..
At the end they were not able to finish moving two desks.. Im truly concerned for the wife, i expressed this to hire a helper associate and he didn’t seem to care at all.. I asked him to have a manager call me and they have yet to call me 2 days later would not recommend.
In response, the crew members are filed as singles. After our interview, we find - given their professional status and review history - that the issue concerns want of service in regard to the two uncompleted desks. Again, we do apologize, however, the desk could not be separated because your installer applied adhesive glue. You will need to contact your installer.
Ultimately, we find your yelling claim to be false because after contacting security, they offered that no incident was reported or observed, taking account that this was an office move within a multi service building with security and other functioning businesses. Again, we do apologize and thank you for the review.

Monique and her partner arrived on time and ready to help pack up the moving truck. They helped disassemble some furniture for me and made the entire process look so easy. They took care of all my things and packed up the truck very nicely so things wouldn’t move around while I drove from Florida to Ohio. Would recommend them for my family and friends for any future moves. They definitely earned 5 stars from me!
