they were on time, prepared, worked well, we had antique xmas ornaments that were broken (they were put on top of load) so in transit they opened box they were in and damaged. part our fault not double boxing, , yes they were told what they were when we loaded, (we helped load also), so the guys cant be blamed as it was a combined issue. however overall they helped our move, i hope we are finished moving however i will recommend them and fiqure out the issue with moving delicate n fragile things. For the most part all other boxes ( I loaded ahead of time) arrived safely in truck.
