While they were on time and hard working. They moved a little “too quick” and were not careful with my items. Instead of going back to the car to get the straps they brought, they almost dropped my washing machine, and scratched it going out the door. They strapped a tool cabinet full to a dolly, and dropped it in the truck. Door came off and cleaner leaked out… luckily I covered the couch or it would have damaged my couch. And then I heard them complain about the $20 tip I still gave them for 1 hours work. Would not use that company again.

Hire Helper level of unprofessionalism is beyond reproach. The movers was contracted to be at the site between 2-3 pm. They arrived at 3:55. I called customer service 3 times. Me and my fiancé unloaded 80 percent of the truck by ourselves. Needless the say I was charged the full price. I still tip the movers because they are a reflection of management and they said that management cranked in the last second appointment. I am tempted to call management but what will that resolve when they are unprofessional.
