I do not write this review to hurt the ratings of the movers. They were nice movers, I just think they could have done a better job. I had a difficult time confirming the movers and had to move the time for them. I believe he brought 4 movers instead of 2 to make up for the earlier problem. So I was grateful for that.
I repeatedly told him that I provided blankets, tarps, rope, and ratchet straps for them to use to protect my belongings. He insisted that he did not need the items I provided.
After they left, I examined the Pod. None of the blankets or tarps were used. There were items that were loosely pushed over the mattress wall. This included my tv and a wooden ottoman that were sitting on the very top of the boxes with nothing preventing them from shifting and falling down in the pod. They put heavy boxes on lighter boxes, causing some containers to deform or dent. And in the end, my door was jammed from the poor loading that I had to call Pods to help me open it. I would not recommend them.

Absolutely top notch. Arrived on time and went straight to work. Knocked out the job efficiently and not one single scratch on walls or furniture. Will be the first I call if I need to move anything again for sure!

Misunderstanding on time arrival, got us behind the eight ball. Once we started uploading I believe they could have fit the pieces we had to leave behind if some rearranging had been done. Very nice guys!

American movers were awesome! Our first movers never showed up and they came an hour after the call was placed. And that was at 5:00 PM after they were done for the day. Very quick and efficient professional and courteous.
