Thought i would have zero problems with this Company because of there rating. they showed up at different times. the foreman/crew leader got here last. They forgot there tools to assemble & disassemble asked to use mine. An hr. or so later after being on the phone with his boss or coordinator the crew leader left to "go get tools from someone down the street."
We did have a substantial amount of boxes & totes but took them hrs to find & assemble screws that they claimed weren't packed up. we front them the next day in the box described by the pack crew. then after them being there for hr or more & charging me they forgot to assemble the legs on the sectional.
A hot mess from start to finish & just wanted them out of the house. very disappointed & they continued to say it was the packing crews fault for the extra time. i agreed with them at the time to get them out of the house & had to call up the company the next day. the packing crew leader ended up coming & reassemble everything properly. 1st time moving in 15yrs the next time will be when im put into a casket. Certainly would recommend them to anyone.

We will call you when we are on the way to inform you and confirm the details of your order. Then we will work to ensure your needs are met.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Yay! It's moving day! Stay calm and try to think ahead. It will help if you have an idea of how you want the day to flow. Stay hydrated and lets get moving!
What types of moves have you handled?
We handle mainly local household and commercial moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We are passionate about helping people. Moving can be stressful. Anything that we can do to eliminate some of that stress can go a long way.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We only hire professional movers. Most of our crew members join us with some type of moving experience. We seek to enhance this with clear directions and an opportunity to shadow one of our existing movers before moving on.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
