Charged $50 to remove boxes but could not not fit the boxes in their small van. Charged $50 to move small safe. One man with a Dollie. I could have moved it myself. Crew only stayed 2 hours and did not finish unwrapping.

The crew was nice BUT they showed up one person short then what I ordered they seemed to be overwhelmed by the work. They did not use any the mattress bags we had purchased and gave them... when we arrived at our new home we had damage clearly from how the truck was loaded... they broke a family an antique because it was not packed safely. We have damage to a brand new dryer, and damage to a power bed box spring. I am sad about this move. Note I did use this company earlier in the week and they did a great job, but not this crew. They reported there boss kept calling to them to rush to finish.... the biggest issue is the 26ā truck became full and I asked if everything was down from the 2nd floor condo..... I was told yes.... I laid the crew and tipped them when I walked into the condo after the crew left there was aprox 12 pieces still in the condo. I had to rent a 6x12 Uhaul trailer and hire labor to bring the items down for the second floor. Iām upset because those items should have been brought down to the garage for staging and I should have been told all that stuff was still inside the unit. I would not use this crew again. Hope to here from the owner

Super nice crew. They made sure everything was put away in the appropriate room. They did not want to leave until the beds, couch, lights etc were put together. Very professional and hard working.

These guys did a phenomenal job, and I couldn't say enough about them. They were a late upon arrival, probably due to another job, but we managed through that. They were prepared, and professional. They worked the entire time, was respectful of our property, and I would highly use them again.

The pair who arrived on 12/26, did a decent job, working quickly. They did a minor bit of damage to a wall. However, the two guys who came on 12/27 to load a second container were not as good. The younger one was also here on 12/26. The 12/27 middle aged man was not at my home for more than 5 minutes when he was asking for water. Less than 15 minutes later, he asked to use the restroom. Neither one could figure out how to get a dining room hutch out of the house. I was the one to tell them to put one of the packing blankets on the tile floor, rest the hutch on it and slide it from the dining room, down the hallway to the garage. I should not be the person having to tell them how to do their job. The younger man worked much harder than the middle aged one. When all was said and done, I had a lot of wall gouging and also gouges in the wood frames of doorways, not to mention stains on the walls. I cringe each time I think about what damage was done to my furniture, which I won't know until my new home is finished and the furniture is delivered. Not a good experience as a whole. I will say they were on time. Would I use them again.....no.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Upon booking us we will reach out with a courtesy call upon accepting your order and getting details about your move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
If booking a morning job the guys will call when leaving the shop with gps arrival time. If afternoon arrival we will keep the customer up to date with the crews progress on current job.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Box up all miscellaneous items such as lamps, pictures and small items. If needed we can supply packing materials and labor. Make sure they have all personal items they need for their trip put aside.
What types of moves have you handled?
We travel all over the U.S.A and have loaded shipping containers to go all over the world. If it needs to be moved we can get it there, worldwide.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part about this business is helping people that don't have the time or physical ability to do it themselves. I hear from a lot of our customers how they moved themselves so many times but are just to old to do it anymore. That is we come in for their first experience with paid movers to show them how stress free it can be at an affordable price.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members are ran through a wrapping and loading class at our warehouse before going on their first job. Proper technique on wrapping furniture to minimize damage and then loading of trucks,pods, and storage units.
