Arrived on time however the mover Edward was extremely upset and impatient the entire move which made an already stressful day for the customer and the family even more so due to his demeanor.
I would go as far as describing Edward the mover from “hire a helper” as rude as he cursed using the F-word as he carried each and every piece of furniture to the truck.
Each time he’d ask what else needed to be moved into truck he seemed to grow even more upset and inpatient with customer.
I felt extremely uneasy working with him as he continued to get more upset and short tempered with each piece of furniture he removed.
I would not recommend this company to a friend after this uncomfortable interaction. This employee by the name of Edward was not only impatient and flat out rude but extremely unprofessional.
I will not be using this company in the future solely due to this employee’s unprofessionalism. Customers are already going through enough during a move. There is no reason to employ people like this if they are going to come in angrily. It was 100% a concerning and stressful experience due to his attitude.

This company was the MVP of my move. After budget called me the night before my move and told me that there were no trucks in the entire state of Nevada, I had a bit of a melt down. However, Happy Helpers was great at offering advice, and willing to help out how they could. Just a light. They showed up on time and got my move done in 1.2 hours. Can’t say enough good things about these people! Hire them for your next move, you won’t be disappointed.

Both of my helpers are wonderful and very efficient. I was amazed at their strength, their professionalism, and their great attitude.
They arrived 5 mins early with all the equipment (boxes, tapes, dolly, and wrappers). Within less than 1 hour, they completely moved all of the boxes from my 1-bed apartment on the 3rd floor (no elevation) and packed the truck. FYI, some of the boxes were extremely heavy (75 - 85 lbs) and some furniture was very awkward to hold. They also came to my new place which is about 15 mins away and unpacked the truck. Did I tell you how efficient they were? I hired them for 3 hours thinking it would be good for a small break with all the stairs. No, the whole progress only took them less than 2 hours... I'm floored.
Thank you so much for making my move so much easier. You guys are amazing. Please keep up with a great work :)

The two man crew that came to our house and loaded a 16 ft container got after it the second they walked in the door. I cannot tell you how incredibly satisfied I was with there service. They efficiently loaded that container so well that we were able to add many more items. If you need stuff loaded, don’t risk wasting your money. These guys are the real deal and I will hire them to unload my stuff when our other house is ready.

The guys unloaded and set up a 17’ Uhaul in great time. Assembled what was asked for and made sure I was satisfied with everything they did before leaving.
