The customer was informed by Hireahelper that they were responsible for providing at least one furniture blanket per furniture item. The customers only purchased enough blankets to accommodate 2/3 of their furniture items. Once we ran out of blankets, we informed Mr Lustro that they were out of blankets and asked when they were planning on leaving. He said they weren't leaving until the next day which he said would give him time to go purchase some more blankets for the last remaining smaller items, as we had loaded everything besides their light dinning room chairs, which we informed him we didn't feel comfortable loading without blankets. He is the one who told us not to worry and that he'd load them once he purchased some more blankets. We loaded their 26 foot truck front to back, in the rain, on mother's day and were there the full 3 hrs they booked for. They also did not insinuate that they'd like to add additional time and dismissed us with no issues or concerns presented.
