If I could give individual ratings to the workers, I would give Victor 5 stars and Don 2 stars.
Victor was carrying the work for both people for the day they helped us unload our moving truck. In fact, my husband had to jump in to speed up the moving process just so the movers could be on time for the 2-hour block they were hired for. There were several times I caught Don just moving slowly and, when Victor was not around, he was just standing and scrolling on his phone. I could sense Victor too was frustrated that Don was his co-worker for the job, and for my husband to end up having to carry the workload for Don when we both were running on 2 hours of sleep was incredibly frustrating.
If we booked them again, we would certainly request Victor, not Don, to work with us.
