Between 8 and 9 a.m., arrived 9:40. By then just 25 min of svc needed.

Mover's response:

Informed customer in advance we had a rare emergency that would cause us to be about 40 min outside arrival window. This is the description of the move left by customer on the invoice..

Two bedrooms, 1400 sq feet. We plan on loading most, if not all, boxes day before ourselves.

And that is exactly what happened. It was a small box truck and the boxes were loaded when we arrived, no furniture. We loaded all 10 pieces or so of furniture customer intended. Again, we are truly sorry for our rare tardiness.

Nice job by this crew. Very fast and efficient. Optimized the truck space to fit all items on the moving list.

For physically moving things- they did great! But they were not on time, broke several things and kept setting our stuff on the driveway & in the snow. Not near as impressed as I was hoping to be. Glad we had the help, but wished they would’ve been better.

Mover's response:

We informed customer we'd be a tad late because if road conditions after snow storm. We placed boxes only on the shovelled walk, not in snow. The truck was backed up onto an 8 ft block of ice (customer ran out of salt). And lastly, we did not break a single item. I am still waiting for response from customer as to what item was damaged. Customer underestimated job about 3 hrs (2 hrs booked to load a 26 ft Penske), so 2nd half of job was done by another company.If anything was damaged, it was after we left because not one item was damaged while we were there.
