Their expertise in handling heavy furniture down the stairs was evident, as they maneuvered each piece with precision and care. Your staff arrived on time and they got right to it. They got that pod loaded up in record time and what a beautiful job they did. In fact, they made it look so easy! The movers were great - Good communication prior to the job, great job! It would have been better for the company to explain the addition of the "Move Protection Fee" - an additional fee of nearly $49; it should be listed together with the advertised charge for the movers. I'm not sure what that was for or why it was so much.
