From the owners personal response to the professional movers on site, I simply could not have ask for anymore. The special attention to our moving needs was handled without any questions. Non stop attitude from top to bottom throughout their entire time. Very professional, courteous and helpful throughout as well.

I booked Ro’s movers to help load a truck for a move out of state. I booked them for a 2pm-3pm arrival window. After booking, I spoke with Rommel on the phone and we discussed the move, the truck, and the time. I was informed that they might show up closer to the 2pm time, which I confirmed was fine since I was picking up the truck at noon. When moving day arrives, it’s almost 3pm and no movers have arrived, no one has reached out. I call to find out if there is an updated ETA. When I call and ask for an estimated time for the movers to arrive, they don’t seem to know that I have a move scheduled. I’m asked, “today?” -yes. “What was the name of the moving company?” -Ro’s movers. He’s not seeing me in their calendar. He says that he’ll call me back. It very much sounds to me like he is going to try and throw together a crew. At this point I’ve started loading the truck myself. 30 minutes later, no call back. So I call again and get no answer; I call again, no answer. I call again, this time selecting the option from their automated line to book a new move, it the attempt to get someone to answer. I speak with a lady this time and I explain the situation. She says she doesn’t see my appointment on the electronic calendar, but sometimes they write things down on a paper calendar. She’s going to call her supervisor. She calls, no answer. She said she’d send a text, he’s pretty responsive to texts. Moments later I’m called by Rommel. He says he can probably get someone out to me by 5-5:30, maybe 1 guy by 4:30 (I booked 2 people for three hours). Ok. In the meantime I keep loading. At 4:00, no updates. I’ve now loaded almost all of the big furniture. I call to just cancel, stating that most of the truck is loaded now. He tells me “congratulations.” I ask how to go about getting a refund. He tells me to call Hire a helper and hangs up.
I know timelines change. I understand things happen. But there was no communication. No one reached out. Then it became kind of rude. I could handle it if you just told me that there was a mistake made, told me how it would be corrected and follow up with me. But I had to continue calling. It felt like a run around. Then it just felt rude. I’m a single mom with a little kid. Had I not found someone to come over and help me with the bigger stuff, I’d be very stuck right now.
Hopefully this is an outlier situation and not the typical practices of the company, but I’ll never know because I will never use them or recommend them to anyone I know.

Ro and his team were prompt, on-time, reliable, and highly professional. They unloaded a 16ft box truck with several large furniture items/boxes skillfully and efficiently. Best of all, they were able to get everything done in 2 hours! Our move-in process was so easy thanks to Ro. I highly recommend Ro’s Movers and would definitely use their services again!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
After booking expect to hear from us to confirm your move's final details. Also, expect us to be available by phone or email for any questions, comments or concerns you may have. Expect to receive helpful information from years of experience in and around the moving industry.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Your crew will be prompt and prepared for your move. All equipment will be removed from truck and placed outside of home in view of customer and crew. All items to be loaded/unloaded will be confirmed. Your crew will move in safe and timely manner to complete your job.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Be prepared for your move by clearly identifying items to be moved. Also, be organized and know exactly where your belongings should be placed.
What types of moves have you handled?
As a mover, our move coordinator has handled many different types of moves ranging from office to long distance. As a company, we focus mainly on supplying helpers to one way local and long distance moves. However, in some cases we can also provide helpers on both ends of the move. Feel free to contact us to get specific information on your move.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We enjoy providing a helpful service to our customers and jobs to our staff. Moving is an opportunity to meet new people from all walks of life.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our crew is trained in the safe handling of boxes; pad and shrink wrapping of household furniture. We also provide training on how to properly load and unload a truck, trailer or storage unit or container; single or multi leveled.
