Very nice and professional but are somewhat new to the business I assume. Had 2 PODS to load and there was a lot of wasted space, that more experienced movers would have planned better. Worked hard.

They also were very courteous and understand what was needed to get the job done.

Ro and his colleague were absolutely incredible from start to finish. Absolutely zero complaints over the 4.5 hours they stuck with me and my girlfriend through our move. They packed the truck strategically and their main goal was to do anything and everything they could to help and make our move easier. Not to mention they were just awesome guys that I wouldn't have minded just hanging out with a little bit longer!! Absolutely going to use Ro's the next time we move again!!

They were great communicators from the start - gave me a call the day before to confirm the time, and were available by text. Showed up on time on the day of the move, with supplies ready to go. They handled all my belongings carefully and were very pleasant to work with.

Ro himself was decent to work with. However, the help he brought with him was less than helpful. They worked at such a slow pace that everyone in my household jumped in to assist with the move to speed it along and it still took 4 and a half hours four a one bedroom apartment.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
After booking expect to hear from us to confirm your move's final details. Also, expect us to be available by phone or email for any questions, comments or concerns you may have. Expect to receive helpful information from years of experience in and around the moving industry.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Your crew will be prompt and prepared for your move. All equipment will be removed from truck and placed outside of home in view of customer and crew. All items to be loaded/unloaded will be confirmed. Your crew will move in safe and timely manner to complete your job.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Be prepared for your move by clearly identifying items to be moved. Also, be organized and know exactly where your belongings should be placed.
What types of moves have you handled?
As a mover, our move coordinator has handled many different types of moves ranging from office to long distance. As a company, we focus mainly on supplying helpers to one way local and long distance moves. However, in some cases we can also provide helpers on both ends of the move. Feel free to contact us to get specific information on your move.

We enjoy providing a helpful service to our customers and jobs to our staff. Moving is an opportunity to meet new people from all walks of life.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our crew is trained in the safe handling of boxes; pad and shrink wrapping of household furniture. We also provide training on how to properly load and unload a truck, trailer or storage unit or container; single or multi leveled.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
