King of Quality has to be considered false advertising. I suggest you go else where. 3 guys turned up an hour late, stinking of weed. 2 disappeared for an hour and a half to get plastic wrap from home depot and get their lunch. The 2 came back just in time for all 3 to stop for lunch. Then they started, they did work hard getting stuff to the truck but didn't pack it well at all. We don't have much furniture but they managed to loosely fill a 26' truck and still didn't get everything in. The additional space cost us extra. They didn't strap anything in or down, so everything jostled around in shipping.
Now, upon arrival, almost everything is either broken or damaged in some way. I, like you, expect something to arrive not as it departed but we had so much stuff damaged. Even the furniture they plastic wrapped (that took an hour and a half to get) was damaged.
Save for belongings and get a professional moving company, learn by our mistake.
King of Quality these people are not!

The King of Quality crews were tremendous teams during the loading of a 16' truck and four (eventually ten Uhaul) bins. The packers carefully wrapped each piece of furniture with a blanket then clear wrapped prior to loading the piece. When I asked that certain light-weight boxes with fragile items be at the top of the pile, the filled the truck and/or bins appropriately. They must be great at playing Tetris, because their packing skills were great, with not an inch of wasted space with a variety of sizes of boxes and furniture.
The crews worked well together, were extremely professional, good communicators, efficient when packing a four bedroom/two bath home.
I definitely would use them again, and highly recommend them.

They were a little late but did call ahead to say so. We ordered 4 movers but there were only 3. DID NOT MATTER! This team worked extremely hard, were efficient (completed the job way under that max time), they were careful, considerant, and respectful towards ourselves and our belongings. We would completely hire them again if needed and recommend to others.

King of Quality damaged my house and didn't abide by the contract I had with them, and they won't reply to my letters or emails.
1) instead of 4 movers, I got 2 movers + 1 dude they picked up from Home Depot (most likely paid under the table, and not allowed to work in the USA)
2) they were instructed to bring equipment to hoist furniture upstairs, and they brought none, and claimed they didn't know.
3) they caused over $5K of damage to my new floor, new paint, new stairs, and new door trim.
I'm trying to resolve this amicably and just want my home to be repaired the way it was before the move. Evidently King of Quality is not interested in doing right by the customer.
