Your two loaders left two chairs there is enough room left on the pod so they need to be on the load before it leaves in the morning.

A Move Ahead Movers were excellent. They were extremely flexible in the aftermath of a major hurricane and provided the best help I could ask for. I strongly suggest you employ them if needed.

It does not allow a 3.5 star so I go with 4. The only reason for 3.5 stars versus 5 was that their timely communications with customer was simply piss poor. In addition, they claim a dresser was found broke inside the POD when I saw it as they rolled it into the unit. I believe their manueving method was why it broke. If it was broken in the POD, I think they would have quickly told me first, right?
Piss poor communication? I'm sorry that you felt the need to call me several times after we had already confirmed. I can't speak on the phone much during the day (on moves) and relayed that to you via text as you continued to call my phone back to back. I'm not sure what else you wanted or needed to hear besides the fact that we will be there at the agreed upon date/time. Ours reviews are posted publicly and folks know what to expect from us...it's reflected in our ratings. 1st in Central Florida 4th Nationwide out of 3500+ service providers.

The two gentlemen that came (need to apologize don't remember their names)were courteous, respectfully, professional, careful and showed genuine regards for our personal property. Always asking questions as to where anything goes that they did not know. They worked well as a team, never slacking off, from start to end. If all your employees work as expedious and professional as they did, do not think your company is ever going to get a negative review.

These men were the best! They communicated their time of arrival, got here on time, and were very pleasant and hard-working. They unloaded 2 fully-loaded U-Pack cubes in the 2-hour time frame. They didn't stop! They re-assembled a couple pieces of furniture, too. I would highly recommend this company for your next move!

The guys worked their butts off and packed a very tight POD. Unfortunately there was some stuff that was damaged. maybe because we didn't have enough blankets or something else. It was a little disappointing. They did get the work done quickly and they didnt dilly dally. They do work hard.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
After booking with us you can expect a phone call from our offices just to reach out and get a feel for your unique situation. We will go over all needed supplies and firm up all the details.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Upon moving day you will receive a call from your movers within an hour of your booked arrival window. The movers will reach out just to make sure everything is still going according to plan and will give you their expected GPS arrival time. We know that nothing is more stressful than being nervous that the movers aren't gonna show up, so we like to put your mind at ease.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
If you will be hiring us to load your rental truck, trailer or portable shipping container it is imperative that you provide an adequate amount of moving blankets, plastic stretch wrap and rope to avoid serious damage to your items. The blankets can usually be rented with your truck or portable shipping container and are worth every penny. We can provide rope and plastic wrap for an additional fee or it can be purchased at Lowe's or Home Depot in the moving supplies section.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled literally every type of move from local to long distance, from household to office/commercial. We have handled everything from medical equipment to flight simulators and we are equipped to move large items such as pianos and grand pianos.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part about being movers is that we get to help someone with literally the hardest and most stressful task of their adult life.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All of our crew leaders are required to have a minimum of 4 years professional moving experience and upon hire, undergo at least 2 weeks of training with the owner of the company (a very particular veteran mover in the industry) before being set free to operate independently. All crew members undergo the same training and we typically only hire crew members who possess at least 2 years minimum professional moving experience. We don't send rookies, period.
