These guys are wonderful, they are hard working and willing to move furniture to the place you want it, even if you change your mind several times. They were on time and confirmed the day before the scheduled move and called prior to arrival to give us their ETA. Highly recommend them if you are planning a move.

The movers left the job without completing what was asked of them. Bed frames were not assembled as requested and dining table was left to be assembled. Those 2 things were specifically spelled out in the request and the job should not have been taken had they not wanted or couldn't complete the task.
As well, we received a call 2 days prior to the move requesting a reschedule. We accommodated the request and adjusted our schedule. On the day of the move, the movers did not show up until 45min after the original time. Poor communication.

Id also like to point out that you said we called 2 days prior to the move to reschedule the move to a later time and that is true, however, you left out the very important detail of the fact that this also happened to be the very same day that you booked your order. We let you know up front-before we accepted your order-that we had a previously booked job to take care of and you agreed to the later time. 2nd, we moved all items to their perspective rooms at the direction of your wife who was on scene and even asked prior to our departure if there was anything else that needed to be done. She told us no and released payment. I'd also like to point out the factthat you were not on this move personally, however, both my wife and I (owners) were present and we definitely feel this is a classic case of miscommunication. Future customers please be aware that we will always ask if you want furniture put together or assembled. All of our movers carry tools for this very purpose. In the slight event the movers don't ask prior to departure if there is anything else that they can do for you, (which they are trained to do) make sure to ask them to do so!

Matt and Tony were wonderful movers! They arrived on time and didn’t waste anytime in getting my furniture moved into the POD. They finished in the 2 hour time frame. Very respectful and I definitely will use them again when I need my POD unloaded.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
After booking with us you can expect a phone call from our offices just to reach out and get a feel for your unique situation. We will go over all needed supplies and firm up all the details.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Upon moving day you will receive a call from your movers within an hour of your booked arrival window. The movers will reach out just to make sure everything is still going according to plan and will give you their expected GPS arrival time. We know that nothing is more stressful than being nervous that the movers aren't gonna show up, so we like to put your mind at ease.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
If you will be hiring us to load your rental truck, trailer or portable shipping container it is imperative that you provide an adequate amount of moving blankets, plastic stretch wrap and rope to avoid serious damage to your items. The blankets can usually be rented with your truck or portable shipping container and are worth every penny. We can provide rope and plastic wrap for an additional fee or it can be purchased at Lowe's or Home Depot in the moving supplies section.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled literally every type of move from local to long distance, from household to office/commercial. We have handled everything from medical equipment to flight simulators and we are equipped to move large items such as pianos and grand pianos.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part about being movers is that we get to help someone with literally the hardest and most stressful task of their adult life.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All of our crew leaders are required to have a minimum of 4 years professional moving experience and upon hire, undergo at least 2 weeks of training with the owner of the company (a very particular veteran mover in the industry) before being set free to operate independently. All crew members undergo the same training and we typically only hire crew members who possess at least 2 years minimum professional moving experience. We don't send rookies, period.
