Tony and his wife did an excellent job moving everything into the PODS. I thought that I was hiring them to put everything back into the house but they sent two other guys that were not as careful with our things. They broke the bottom wood on some bedroom furniture and broke the top off an antique dresser. I found the piece on the floor of the PODS after they left and had to glue it back together as best as I can. They did not put the glass shelves back but left them stacked together instead of on each shelf. Be careful when hiring as you may not get who you thought that you were hiring.

A Move ahead movers are great. I'm going to give you all the facts. They were 3 minutes late, that really did not matter to me, but I know it matters to other people so I'm to say everything how it happened. They were prepared, and they worked through the pain. One of the dollies broke but they kept working and using it . Even though it made their job harder they kept pushing through. They worked hard, I have never seen a person carry a king size mattress on their own or push/pull 2 dolly (one broken) at the same time. Everything was good, nothing was broken. I would definitely use them again. I moved from Texas to Orlando. All this was stressful. I have always use friends and family to move. But moving to a different state I had no one. My only regret was not knowing how fast they were going to be. I arrived on Tuesday at 2 pm after a 3 day trip over 38 hours driven I still had to unload a 22 foot truck. Since I booked only 2 workers for 2 hours I was not sure how fast they were going to be. Trust me they are fast, I unloaded about half of the truck in 5 hours. They did half of the truck including 2 sofas, washer, dryer, 60 in curved TV. one really heavy dresser. and about 35 boxed in 68 minutes. Use them, you will not regret it. Unfortunately I do not remember their names , I think it was West or Westly or Wesly. THEY ARE AWESOME.

Annesa and Tony run a great company. They were top notch in communication for scheduling (including last minute changes), timely arrival and performance. They assessed the work required and proceeded with minimal input and no delay. The job was completed in less time than expected. What can a customer expect after booking with you?
After booking with us you can expect a phone call from our offices just to reach out and get a feel for your unique situation. We will go over all needed supplies and firm up all the details.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Upon moving day you will receive a call from your movers within an hour of your booked arrival window. The movers will reach out just to make sure everything is still going according to plan and will give you their expected GPS arrival time. We know that nothing is more stressful than being nervous that the movers aren't gonna show up, so we like to put your mind at ease.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
If you will be hiring us to load your rental truck, trailer or portable shipping container it is imperative that you provide an adequate amount of moving blankets, plastic stretch wrap and rope to avoid serious damage to your items. The blankets can usually be rented with your truck or portable shipping container and are worth every penny. We can provide rope and plastic wrap for an additional fee or it can be purchased at Lowe's or Home Depot in the moving supplies section.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled literally every type of move from local to long distance, from household to office/commercial. We have handled everything from medical equipment to flight simulators and we are equipped to move large items such as pianos and grand pianos.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part about being movers is that we get to help someone with literally the hardest and most stressful task of their adult life.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All of our crew leaders are required to have a minimum of 4 years professional moving experience and upon hire, undergo at least 2 weeks of training with the owner of the company (a very particular veteran mover in the industry) before being set free to operate independently. All crew members undergo the same training and we typically only hire crew members who possess at least 2 years minimum professional moving experience. We don't send rookies, period.
