Received a call early in the day (movers were due between 3-4) stating they would be late. I was assured they would be here and instead of the 2 people I had requested I would have 4 so that to make up for the time. I was ok with this and told them so. Received a text around 4 stating that the movers would be here around 530. Shortly after the text I received a call stating they were stuck in traffic and asked if they could reschedule for the morning. I told them no I could not wait until the morning as I am supposed to be on a plane in the morning. I flew in from Ohio to florida to move my 86 to grandmother to a nursing facility. She only has a few items but they are large. I started trying to reach out to the mover at 6 when I still hadn’t heard from or seen any movers yet. I reached out multiple times until 8. I reached out to hire a helper as well and they were unable to connect with anyone as well. At 8pm my order was officially canceled. I am now stuck as there is no one to help me load we have to be out of this house this weekend.

I called a week in advance and actually spoke with someone just to confirm the appointment. Everything seemed fine. The day of the work, I received email and text reminders confirming the workers would show up between 8 and 9 am. After 9 am passing and no workers showing up, I called the number that put me in contact with a live person with no one answering the phone. I called this number a dozen time with no answer also left a message. I don't believe anyone called me back from this number/location. I also replied to one of the emails, and again, not immediate response. Very disappointed and added additional stress to a critically time move. I ended up doing all the work myself, luckily I didn't hurt my back doing this. This just reinforces my belief that I am better off doing things myself to get what I want and how I want it.
I will never use any online arraigned service again.

The young man was great. Very polite and worked hard. The lady spent quite a bit of time on the phone and left all the lifting to the young man, who was only one person. We had booked three hours and had to pay an extra 11/2 hrs. They left my husband who has a bad heart to put doors on a fridge and put the items where they needed to go. She was very slow and I don’t recommend people using her for a mover. The young man needs to get a better helper

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
After booking with us you can expect a phone call from our offices just to reach out and get a feel for your unique situation. We will go over all needed supplies and firm up all the details.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Upon moving day you will receive a call from your movers within an hour of your booked arrival window. The movers will reach out just to make sure everything is still going according to plan and will give you their expected GPS arrival time. We know that nothing is more stressful than being nervous that the movers aren't gonna show up, so we like to put your mind at ease.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
If you will be hiring us to load your rental truck, trailer or portable shipping container it is imperative that you provide an adequate amount of moving blankets, plastic stretch wrap and rope to avoid serious damage to your items. The blankets can usually be rented with your truck or portable shipping container and are worth every penny. We can provide rope and plastic wrap for an additional fee or it can be purchased at Lowe's or Home Depot in the moving supplies section.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled literally every type of move from local to long distance, from household to office/commercial. We have handled everything from medical equipment to flight simulators and we are equipped to move large items such as pianos and grand pianos.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part about being movers is that we get to help someone with literally the hardest and most stressful task of their adult life.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All of our crew leaders are required to have a minimum of 4 years professional moving experience and upon hire, undergo at least 2 weeks of training with the owner of the company (a very particular veteran mover in the industry) before being set free to operate independently. All crew members undergo the same training and we typically only hire crew members who possess at least 2 years minimum professional moving experience. We don't send rookies, period.
