The couple that showed up after I distinctly asked for 2 strong men, not a husband and wife, to move the very very heavy furniture and totes, were very nice. I explained to them I just needed all the heavy stuff moved into the truck and my dad would do the rest. They were kind and wrapped the furniture. However what took my dad and I 3 hours to do took them almost 6. I paid $800. When I unloaded my stuff, things were broken. My footboard to my bed is missing pieces. We have a sleep number bed and they cracked the air chamber after I explained to them how to do it. I even asked before hand did they know how to move the bed if not I can have my dad do it. They said yes. The air chamber replacement was $500. They stacked extremely heavy stuff on light stuff. Yes I understand it was a lot of heavy stuff and yes they were nice but after unloading my damaged stuff and the price I paid was definitely not worth it.

I would definitely use The Movers again. The crew kept us apprised of their arrival time and did arrive within the scheduled window. Travis is incredibly good at packing the moving truck so the cargo is compact, supported and safe from moving about. The team worked well together and got the job done in the time I expected. These are really great people and I was very pleased with their work. I heartily recommend them.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Moving is personal, so are we. . Courtesy phone calls and open communication is essential and our priority is to put your mind as ease. We’ll take the ‘weight’ off your shoulders.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
AFTER the initial walk through, we encourage the client to relax or take cae of anything they might need to provided we are able to reach them. Then the crew will begin to prep the house with door jam protectors, railing, walls, and flooring protection.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
As little or much as you’d like by packing. DO not place any boxes in the place where large items go if you take anything to the new house. We do offer full service pack and move options. If you’re looking to reduce cost, we can guide you on prep work and necessary task with materials available for purchase.
What types of moves have you handled?
We are a full service moving company; offering local, long distance ( both in CA & interstate)labor/delivery service, furniture assembly, as well as storage service.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.

We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
