I am so happy that I chose Hire A Helper to load our POD. They were on time and carefully loaded all of our items into it; even when it looked like we may have had too many items to fit, they worked diligently to ensure everything made it. The office team was also so helpful and patient, even after we experienced issues with our bank and credit card companies declining our final payment (due to going over the daily spending limit due to a lot of moving expenses, selling our home, and temporary address changes). They took their time and were very understanding, and finally, we were able to get our final payment to go through. Their patience and kindness were truly appreciated. I will be hiring them again to unload our POD when our new home is ready for move-in. Thanks so much!

From the moment Oscar and Tommy showed up right on time, they began to get to work. Oscar introduced himself along with Tommy and explained that they were deaf, which had no bearing on the job. We communicated on our needs and expectations and they met every concern with respect and kindness. They worked for over four hours with only a break to hydrate.
