The move was a difficult one requiring transport by hand through a parking garage, into a freight elevator, down a hallway and into our unit. The team moved several pieces out of the unit to a porch, helped me get my car off a trailer and get the trailer off of the truck. Then we started the move. The crew stuck with it and got the whole move done and got the trailer reconnected to the truck. Thanks for the terrific crew!

Main worker spoke very little English and this made it hard to communicate with him, Oscar. His helper Cody didn’t communicate well with me or Oscar. 2 examples: they packed a 17” tv into a extra large tv box and left my 55” tv behind. I asked Cody if we should do this and he said no. I saw Oscar tying down 2 brand new white chairs without covering them. I asked Cody to have the chairs taken off wrapped with the blankets I had, but Oscar ended up wrapping them with plastic.They were both very nice and respectful to us, but seemed inept. They came 45 minutes early and we were finishing up boxing something’s up. My neighbor who owned a moving company showed them how they could get more boxes in. Now we have to make two trips from Sarasota to finish bringing our things to our new house. The owner reached out to us to apologize. We appreciated that very much.

Two guys arrived on time and ready to work. And wow did they work, no issues with communication, I told them where to put the things and they had it all done in record time. Easy communications and trusted workers. I would recommend them highly. motivated to do a good job and they did. 2 straight hours with barely a break. Again, I highly recommend these guys for their work ethic, hard to find good workers these days and these guys were up to the task. Could not have asked for more. Very respectful and I would use them again.

Great people, very kind and understanding while being flexible. Moving is stressful as it is, but Steve and his team were very accommodating to my schedule from such a long move.
