We had two brothers who absolutely loved to work it appears. They were of such great help, very well mannered, always with a smile and move things for me that I couldn't move. I would recommend these guys anytime anywhere. Absolutely flawless, the only problem encountered was not due to their actions at all. They were told that it was just moving things around inside one condo when in fact, it was moving from one condo to the other. They could have used some better tools, but they had not anticipated due to the misinformation they were given. All and all, The charges were economical, and the service superior. Great communication also.

The crew arrived within the time window and completed unloading our 26' uhaul in 2.5 hours instead of the 4 hours we had figured it would take, that included unloading at 2 different stops. the 2 guys never stopped for even a few seconds and asked where everything went and had no mishaps whatsoever. my wife and i were completely happy with them and would not even entertain hiring anyone else in the future.

Workers were slow in getting started. Their patterns for loading were bizarre. The did not complete one room at a time but rather was all over the house. They asked me to purchase blankets would cost over $400!. The 3 hours hired time expired and very little was accomplished. I would not use this company again. They appeared very inexperienced. This was money wasted- $384 for amateurs who loaded a few boxes.

Calix and Samy exemplified the professionalism that IS Happy Moving. Attention to the little details that go with moving expensive furniture and property. They even offered to put furniture items back together that I had purposely separated for the transport due to the overall size and weight of some of our items. Steve, who was my primary point of contact in the days leading up to our move, kept open and detailed communication with me on all pertinent aspects of the process and their service. I would absolutely use Happy Moving again in the future.
