What can a customer expect after booking with you?
After booking, you'll receive a detailed confirmation email or message with information regarding your move
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day you'll receive a notification indicating movers are in route to your location thirty-minutes prior to their arrival and movers prompt to deliver excellent service
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Declutter and organize, sorting through your belongings whether you are donating or purging items. If you are packing your own boxes we suggest labeling each box with its contents and the rooms in which it belongs as well as essential boxes for immediate use which may include important documents, toiletries, change of clothes or basic kitchen supplies. Clear pathways for movers, put animals away to prevent accidents and coordinating with moving company for future solutions

What training do you provide your crew members?
Crew members are trained with the owner himself for a period of 4-8 weeks, prior to becoming Lead Mover. Training consist of packing, wrapping, handling, staging, and loading furniture items in the most efficient way
