all in all i believe that an average job was done, but after review of the trucks loading there were many concerns that were never addressed by the loaders. When we arrest our location in pittsburgh there were numerous items that were damaged by poor planning and poor execution of properly loading the items. I called Antiono and discussed the issues and was told that because they did not DRIVE the truck that ace hauling was not responsible for the damage that occurred. So if said damaged items are not replaced i will take further action to get those items taken care of.

Yes the movers were nice, however, an hour and a half after I got a text stating they were on their way they arrived. 45 minutes after the moving window, causing my unloaders to be late. My bookshelf didn't make it into the truck, it was broken before I could blink. My desk was broken, and I had damage on my organizer cube and ottoman. This is due to how the truck was packed, it drove side heavy. When I requested some type of compensation...all I got was $20 off. They did not deserve the gracious tip I gave them.

AJ and Chris were incredible. We had a huge job and they didn’t complain once. Normally people take breaks when moving boxes and furniture but they powered through. They knew how to pack the truck. I am so incredibly thankful for their help! And it was short notice; I booked them only one day in advance. THANK YOU!!!

The crew Ace sent, Jarrod and Chris, were absolutely top notch. I couldn’t be happier with their professionalism, focus and drive. We had to unload to several different places, including uphill, on a snow and ice covered lawn through the back door. (This is not an exaggeration.) Definitely recommend.
