Owner arrived alone and already rattled at 8:40am. He tried to rearrange the 26' truck when we only needed help to fill the back half with the heavier items. Finally, a crew of 2 arrived after 10:00am and did a great job with the heavier items. However, we still had to rent an additional 12' truck to move everything that day for our 900+ mile trip... Very pleased with the 2 young men's effort but extremely disgusted by the owner, his language, his antics, and abruptly leaving after less than 45 minutes without informing us.
No professionalism or tact... wish I could get a refund.

They did an amazing job! They were a life saver! I had to find someone to fix Black Belt terrible load job of my pod storage container. Black Belt did such a poor job, they ran out of room and there was still a lot of large items left in my house. There was so much room in the middle of the pod but we couldn’t get to it because of the poor load job. Smooth Moves made the process extremely smooth! They unloaded and reorganized everything in the pod, for every item in my house and I still had room left.
I am so thankful for them, they saved us so much money, we are moving out of state and we’re going to have to rent a storage facility, plus drive the contents to our new home state once our house is finished being built!
Smooth Moves know what they’re doing. They were able to come short notice, I literally made the reservation at 5AM, and they showed up around 1:15pm.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.

We do not refund for any unused time.
