I cannot begin to praise Agner De La Cruz and his team highly enough. I have never used this type of service before. I have not moved in over 20 years. The crew arrived on time, the presented themselves very professionally and Agner immediately took charge, assigning plans to his 2 workers to keep things on a good timeline. The meticulously wrapped a piece of furniture that I had not prepared because I didnt know how. They figured out what to do with my stand mixer which I wanted to take but had accepted I might have to leave. Also, I was shown such kindness and compassion because I got quite emotional a few times….I really was not in a good place about moving. These guys had huge hearts and did everything they could for me. Thank you SO MUCH!

Fantastic service that was recommended by Penske truck rental. Their communication is about the best I've ever had from a service company. They are on top of their game and take care of everything. From emails to texts to phone calls, their customer service is fantastic. I highly recommend their services. We rented a 26 foot truck and they had it loaded in two hours with a flight of stairs. The company that unloaded us took an hour.

Besides their attention to detail we actually had a great day. They went above and beyond the call of duty. The pod we used was packed expertly. It looked like a jenga game with each piece fitting perfectly. We would use this company again, definitely.

This was my first experience at such intense moving and I’m 73 years old. It was very nerve-racking to pack up a house I’ve been in since I was two years old. The two men that came out wish I had their names could not have been nicer, more respectful, and professional, I got very lucky and having them they took great care and putting every single piece into the container and we’re able to pack all of my stuff in one container. I was so pleased I did not have to order a second container. I wish I had given them a bigger tip .

He made sure he understood what my moving needs were, that my things were properly covered, and that my belongings were thoughtfully placed in my moving pod.
