What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We will provide a follow-up confirmation call, and confirm all of your moving details with you. We will also give you a number you can call if you have any questions or updates for our company.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The crew will notify you when they have departed our office, and are en-route to your location, as well as send an arrival text, once the team has arrived. Our crews provide unmatched customer service, and make sure to clearly and concisely communicate with our customers to insure all of your moving needs are met. We know how to make moving a pleasant experience.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Making sure all items are properly packed into boxes(unless we're doing the packing of course!), confirm the necessary pre-arranged conditions are in order (i.e. confirm you have a rental reservation, or that you are able to enter the new home we are moving you into on the day of service.) Make sure items are already disassembled if you are not planning on having us do it. Notify our office of any complications, or special requirements your move may have (i.e. a piano going up to the 3rd floor apartment)
What types of moves have you handled?
We've handled all types of local moves, from Apartments across town, clearing rooms for new carpet/flooring, furniture disposal, moving offices, Appliance and Specialty item moves, to packing and unpacking. No move is too big or small!
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
As the owner, I don't know if there is a "best part" I love it all, from the workout, the feeling you get after helping someone lift something they couldn't on their own, all the way to the initial phone call. This industry is my passion.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our team members are trained extensively in all things related to our industry. Our team members know how to move all general household furniture in a safe way, know the proper safety procedures to prevent damage or injury while in the home, or in the truck. All while keeping a smile on their face, and positive mental attitude.
