The movers were AMAZING! As soon as they arrived, they got right to work and moved everything quickly and efficiently. They were careful with our belongings and made sure to put everything exactly where we wanted it. They were very professional, polite, and friendly. We are beyond impressed! *Updating as they contacted me to clarify they had a policy change between when I booked on unused hours, and honored the original booking terms which refunded unused hours. Thanks for understanding and addressing the issue.

They did a good job but I didn't like how their online profile says they offer refunds of unused time. We booked 3 hours and they finished everything in just over an hour. We acknowledge that the 2 hour is minimum, so we expected to pay that amount instead of 3. But then after that they said they don't do that and the policy on the website is just...not right???
