Riddled with problems. Company called the night before to push back the time bc they “double booked”. We had requested 3 workers for 3 hours but only 2 worked. The first one showed up and said he was the only one coming but “could come back tomorrow with some buddies”. When husband said that was not ok, he left. Two others showed up and said first worker had called in with a “wife emergency”. They did not bring any tolls including a dolly, straps, or gloves and One had a hurt back. Both the workers and the scheduler who checked on the workers promised to prorate the work because one person was a no-show. When I called to receive my refund, they promised to get back to me. Later in the evening I received an email saying I had received my updated pricing $15 off the $330 cost. I responded that was unacceptable and I have now received another adjusted for a full $37 off for a price of 301.38. They also “accidentally”added an extra $20 charge in the deal.
To be clear, I had 3 workers 2 weeks ago for the same time for $20 less with a competitor. (Unfortunately they weren’t available when I needed them this time.)
The guys were nice enough but that certainly didn’t overcome the overall bad experience.

Mover's response:
Hey Cathy it’s Brady here one of the movers that help you friday. Sorry for the misunderstanding but our 2 man rate is $80 an hour and our 3 man rate is $85 an hour. When our third guy left due to a family urgency we promised that we will change the order to the 2 man rate instead of leaving it at 3 man rate which you and your husband agreed to. So that’s why you only received a $15 dollar refund for the difference. We also showed up at the time you scheduled and finished within 2 hours, we spent the 3rd hour helping you and your husband staging furniture you couldn’t lift on top of rugs, and putting items that you asked us to put in the yard back inside of the pod so you can show the neighbors that would maybe want them. None of us had a back injury I’m not sure where you got that from, we did have tools we just didn’t need to use them for anything. I most definitely feel like we deserve a better review, Due to the fact we made sure the you received your refund back for third guy not being present and we gave you five star professional speedy service. Thanks for booking us anyways and have blessed remaining of the year.
