What can a customer expect after booking with you?
A confirmation call the day before and morning of their move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We are a FULL-SERVICE mover. We will call 30 minutes in advance for arrival. We move everything! We pad wrap and shrink wrap everything 1st, before it comes out of the home or business. Always free wardrobe service for hanging clothes and mattress bags for mattresses and box springs. Full disassemble and reassemble. Full or partial packing services, with materials, are always available.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
If a customer is packing themselves, they are responsible for putting everything into small, medium, large, ex-large moving boxes and garbage bags (bedding, stuffed animals, throw pillows, etc.). Our $3,000,000 insurance policy allows us to move everything but ammunition and fuel. You may leave all fabric items in drawers and cabinets.

What training do you provide your crew members?
We don't. We are the HIGHEST paying for professional movers in Florida. We have a waiting list of movers wanting to make $18-$26 per hour instead of the $10 to $15 that they are currently making working for someone else. You must have a minimum of 3 years experience, with a professional 4-5 star moving company, to walk through our front door.
