Not their fault but the movers were unable to move my dining table or couch up to the second floor. Said they could not do it as to the configuration of the stairs, very narrow and with a switchback. Something to consider for future moves. I know Florida is not know for having steep narrow steps, but in the northeast, where I am from, steep narrow steps are not uncommon, especially in city row homes. That being said, the owner of the company should have sent out the proper equipment or whatever was needed for just that type of "just in case" scenario. TJ and Noel did a wonderful job with the tools they were given. It was not an easy move, but they managed excellently with the tools they were given.
